In 2020, the parent company PLW Holding GmbH was founded and a group of different PLW companies was established under its roof.
These include PLW Fassade GmbH, PLW Bau GmbH, PLW Projekte GmbH and PLW Trade GmbH.

We, the PLW Bau company, were originally founded in 2000 as a GbR (civil-law partnership).

specialises in façade renovation and thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). It was founded by the brothers Leszek and Piotr Wirski. Since then, the company has grown rapidly and the order situation has remained consistently good, so it was converted into a limited liability company in 2003.

With around 160 skilled workers, we are now one of the largest processors of composite thermal insulation systems in Hamburg and the surrounding area and can demonstrate an annual volume of approx. 150,000 m² of flawless performance.

Senior site manager

As senior site manager, Marian Hapka is the interface between the management and the site managers on the construction sites. He coordinates and plans all processes for successful project implementation.
