Our references & construction projects

Pictures say more than a thousand words. Therefore, we have documented some of our construction projects for you.

In Rumohr, Schleswig-Holstein, an apartment block with nine residential units was renovated to make it more energy efficient. Construction took around eight months and the project was completed in 2020. The light-coloured façade gives the building a modern appearance and blends harmoniously into the townscape.

In Eutin, a listed barn was renovated to make it more energy-efficient and converted into residential and commercial units. Construction took around 15 months and the project will be completed in 2024. The refurbishment combines historical elements with modern living comfort.

In Hamburg's Uhlenhorst district, houses with a beautiful red brick facade were built in Dorothea-Bernstein Weg.

The "Bahnhofsarkaden Rahlstedt" construction project was completed at the end of 2019 and the red brick gives the building its own charm.

The residential complex of "Holsteiner Chaussee 32" has a white plaster facade, which is partially complemented by a light-coloured clinker brick surface.

The construction project in Holsteiner Chaussee, which was completed on 20.02.2020, has 3 construction fields. In total, over 7500 m³ ETICS and over 5000 m² clinker brick slips were installed. Thanks to the good cooperation with our employer, we were able to complete the entire facade in less than 6 months. The result is a beautiful, modern brick slips facade with accent areas of dark stone and cornice bands on the ground floor.

The building project in Graumannsweg was completed on 06.12.2018. The red clinker brick slips, white pointing and handmade cornices create a facade that fits perfectly into the landscape of this district. The existing historic buildings are emphasized and at the same time a modern character is given.

The "Süderfeldpark" building project is located in a sought-after residential area. With a bright clinker brick facade, the residential quarter fits ideally into the Lokstedt district of Hamburg.

The white facade of the "Rahlstedter Bahnhofstraße" building project makes the house shine brightly.

The completion date for the building project in Versmannstraße was 09.10.2018. The facade area consists of over 335,000 individual clinker brick slips, which as a unit create a beautiful and modern facade.

The project in Beethovenstraße 13 was completed on 28.10.2019. The rather complicated relief clinker brick facade with Vilderverband was no challenge for PLW. Light and shade played a very important role here. Take a look at the result.

In Henry Schuetz Straße, the light-coloured plaster is partially complemented by a light-coloured clinker facade, giving the building a special charm.

In Osterstraße, a bright plaster facade makes the building shine.

This building project was completed on 27.06.2018. The white ETICS facade with accent areas of clinker brick slips looks very modern, unconventional and timeless. Due to the use of high-quality materials, the facade is permanently beautiful to look at.

The "Luruper Straße" building project blends in well with its surroundings thanks to a modern facade design.

The "Lindenhof" building project is given a modern charm by an anthracite-coloured clinker facade.

The "An der Alster" building project is in a prime location.
